About Us

Our journey to the Florida Keys, like so many others, began with a vacation. Our travel agent suggested we try renting in Key West, and put us in a beautiful condo directly on the ocean. We instantly fell in love with the easy lifestyle, the turquoise waters, the tropical breezes and the blue, blue sky, that never turned gray in the winter. After enduring years of snow, sleet, ice and the brown of winter, we decided that a home in the Florida Keys was the place to be.

We bought our first place in 1996 and gradually worked our way to becoming full time residents. Originally from Michigan where we spent over 30 years in retail and sales we love to share this tropical paradise we call home with everyone we meet.

We are licensed REALTOR's in the state of Florida with over 8 years of experience providing buyers and sellers with in depth professional assistance in the sales and purchase of Real Estate in the Florida Keys.We have completed the requirements for the Graduate Realtor Institute and have earned our GRI designation.

We are certified specialists in Foreclosures and Short Sales through NAR and the American Real Estate University. We are active members in the Marathon and Lower Keys Association of Realtor, with David a past president and I Co-Chairmen of the Grievance Committee.
